Safety & Conduct Guidelines

Newberry Fun Park is a high-energy environment, and everyone’s safety depends on following the rules below. These guidelines apply to all guests and are enforced by staff at all times. Violating posted rules or staff instructions can result in removal from an activity without a refund. A signed liability waiver is required for all participants before playing (parent/guardian signature required for anyone under 18).

General Park Rules

• Follow all posted rules, field boundaries, equipment instructions, and staff directions at all times.
• Closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing are strongly recommended for all physical activities.
• Staff may refuse participation, stop play, remove a participant, or deny a refund when conduct, health, equipment fit, intoxication, or rule violations create a safety or business concern.
• Report any equipment malfunction or unsafe condition to staff immediately.
• Paintball and Laser Tag run on alternating hourly time slots — please check the schedule so your play window is clear before you arrive.

Paintball Safety Rules

• Minimum age: 10 years old.
• Full-face eye and face protection (mask) is required at all times in designated play areas and may not be removed until staff confirms play has stopped.
• Markers are chronographed before play: NFP-issued equipment is capped at 290 FPS; BYO (bring-your-own) equipment is capped at 270 FPS.
• Markers may not be altered, tampered with, misused, or dry-fired in unsafe areas. Unsafe handling results in immediate removal without refund.
• Games are objective-based rather than timed, so there’s no game limit — you get unlimited game play for the full duration of your purchased hours.
